We allow the cancellation of any product you purchase under the following circumstances:

1. If your products are not yet shipped:

You can initiate an order cancellation under the “My Orders” section of your account login.

2. If your products are already shipped:

You wouldn’t see an option to cancel the order if the product is shipped. You may do the following in that case:

• Initiate cancellation of your order by reaching out to our customer support team
• Receive the product at your delivery address and initiate return under the “My Orders” section of your account login.
