TiLa CARE coverage
If your product qualifies for a warranty then we will pick up the product from your doorstep, get it serviced from manufacturer/ supplier/ TiLa authorized service center and ship the product back to you. Some items such as Home Appliances, Sports Equipment, Furniture, or any other large item might be repaired inside your premises.

Repair timelines
Repairs usually take up to 15 business days once we receive the product, excluding return shipping time. In case the spare parts are not available, repair timeline may be longer than 15 days.
Customers shall be entitled to a temporary product or 1÷400 (equal 0.25%) of the product value for every day of delay beyond the 15 days in the cases prescribed by the consumer protection law.

Services Fees & deductibles :
For extended warranty, there is no limit on how many times you can request a repair within the coverage period. For damage protection, it’s one time during service coverage period.

The damage protection will not apply if:
- The Warranty policy already covers it.
- If it is a cosmetic damage. For ex: scratches.
- Deliberately damaging or neglecting the product, so that it gets damaged.
- Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions resulting in damage
Disclaimer: The damage protection you buy at the time of product purchase is your policy fee. You are charged with an excess fee of 100 SAR per damage protection claim. This is limited to a one time claim during the tenure of your damage protection plan. For example, if you have taken a 2 year damage protection plan and you claim this warranty within the first year then your plan will be deemed consumed.

[1]Extended warranty plan starts after the completion of the 2 years free warranty. Buying an extended warranty of 1 year will give you a total of 3 years warranty, and an extension of 2 years will give you a total of 4 years warranty.
[2]Damage protection plan starts at the same time of the free warranty and doesn’t extend it. In case extended warranty and damage protection plans are bought together, the damage protection will start from the start of the free warranty and the extension warranty will start from its end.
Limitations of liability
- The total repair cost payable under warranty extension or damage protections plans shall not exceed the purchase price of the product, no limits on number of claims for extended warranty and a limit of 1 claim for accidental damage handling.
- If the costs of repairing the appliance including the spare parts and labour are more than or equal to the market price of the appliance covered by TiLa Care (warranty extension and/or damage protection plan), then TiLa care is entitled to consider the appliance as total loss and compensate the customer with a similar unit (new/used) after deducting the depreciation rate.
Depreciation rate
1. EXTENDED WARRANTY
Depreciation: of 15% for year 1, 25% for year 2, 40% for year 3, 55% for year 4, 65% for year 5, 75% for year 6.
Deductible: 0 (zero) SAR.
2. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE HANDLING
Depreciation of 25% for year 1 % 40% for year 2.
Deductible: 100 (one hundred) SAR.
Warranty legal terms and conditions
- By making warranty request for your product with TiLa, you are authorizing us to represent you to work with manufacturer/ distributor/ service centers to repair the product.
- The warranty is valid only on the presence of the serial number on the product. TiLa reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from us. Obligations are limited to repairing of the defective parts or replacement of the defective parts or at the discretion of TiLa, the product will be replaced or refunded according to market price of the product. At TiLa, we are following the exact same warranty terms used by your device manufacturer. For more details about specific terms of the warranty of your device, please visit the support page of your product on manufacturer’s website.
- Warranty repairs must be carried out by a TiLa authorized service centre. Warranty cover will be void, even if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service center by TiLa.
- Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be fulfilled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.
- TiLa CARE is transferable, if the new product owner presents an original invoice received from TiLa.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear, replacement of consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones, cables and recording heads.
- Abuse, misuse of the device or not following the proper usage instructions as provided in the device manual found inside the box or the instructions given on webpages or digital agreements upon the device’s activation. Defects resulting from usage of the product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by the Manufacturer for use with this product.
- Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with the instructions and technical or safety standards prescribed in the product user manual. Accidents, acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of TiLa.
- Use of non-original accessories with your item.
- Unauthorized modifications carried out to the product to comply with local or international technical standards in countries for which this TiLa product was not originally designed.
- Original software alteration or modification (such as "root" for android devices or "jailbreak" for Apple devices)
- Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in the product user manual. The serial no. on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
- The batteries are charged by chargers other than those approved by Manufacturer. Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering.
- Consumables, such as ink, are not covered by warranty. For more details, please refer to the warranty guide enclosed with the product.
- Breakage or physical damage as well as exposing the device to external elements such as liquids, humidity or extreme temperatures.
- Unauthorized repair attempts that result in damaging the product as well as using non-SASO certified spare parts.
- Deleting operating system files, hard-disk partitions or virus-related issues.
